Overview
Just because a property is inactive doesn’t mean it’s gone. Marking a property inactive hides it from your active list and reports—keeping things clean and current. But when you need to revisit the past, it’s easy to pull up any inactive property for review.
The Steps
To view inactive properties, click Rentals and then click Properties.
On the Properties page, click the Filter button. Then, on the Filter Pane, use the Status field and select Inactive.
Click Close to exit the Filter Pane. You will now see all your properties that were made inactive.
Tip: From the inactive properties list, you can click the 3-dots next to each property to make them active again. If you click on the property and then click the Reports tab, you can view reports for the inactive property.
